Our loans are structured to cover the purchase and rehab for your properties, based on the appraised value.
Ex. 1 (Foreclosure purchase):
Purchase price $76,000
Appraised value $100,000
Your loan amount is based on the appraised value, and we can lend up to 80%
Ex. 2 (Purchase and Rehab):
Purchase price $50,000
Rehab amount $17,000
Appraised value $100,000
Again, your loan amount is based on the appraised value, and we can lend up to 75%
Our lending capacity allows us to:
- Maintain higher LTVs (75-80%)
- Lend to borrowers with multiple deals
- Close loans from 35k to 400k.
